Allow us to Manage and Coordinate your function; ensuring guests are seated, run sheet is adhered to and the venue is left clean and organised.

- Pre-event consultation 1 month prior to event
- Phone, email, face to face and online contact
- Rehearsal attendance
- Ensure the event set up and display is to specifications
- Assist photographer in co ordination and gathering of guests for photographs
- Management of bridal party/special guests to schedule throughout the day
- Disbursement of any on the day payments
- Ensure event schedule is adhered to, collaborating with Celebrant, MC, Venue, Caterers and other relevant suppliers and vendors
